Setting up Live Activities after Mapping
Once the application is mapped,
Search for the activity.
Select the activity
Go to the Sessions page and make sure the start and end dates and times match with the dates/times entered on the agenda.
Select “Settings” then “Forms”
Go to 'Activity Overall Evaluation'

- Scroll down “FDA Classroom-based Course Post-Activity Evaluation – Master - Rename after duplicating” for non-DLOD activities and “DLOD Classroom-based Course Post-Activity Evaluation MASTER 2024 – DUPLICATE AND RENAME” for DLOD courses
- Select “Duplicate Form” and “OK”
- Select “Edit Form” on the duplicated form
- In the “Name” section type in the name of the course with the semester and year

- Scroll down to the “Deactivate On” box enter the date 14 days after the activity and 11:45 pm for the time; scroll down and click Save.
- On Question “Please rate the program on the following criteria:” click on “Edit” next to the first answer choice “Now that I have completed this activity”.
- In the “Display Text” box replace (objective1) wit the activity objective and then click Save.
- Repeat the above process for each objective
- If you have less than four objectives click “Edit” on the remaining answers and scroll down to “Status” and choose Inactive.

- Click Save
- If you have more than four objectives Copy the language from the “Value” and “Display Text” boxes from the last objective; Click on “Add sub Question” and paste the language in the appropriate boxes - change the objective number in the value box accordingly. Add the objective to the “Display text” box as instructed above, scroll down to the “Display Order” box and change the number to follow the last objective then click Save. Repeat as necessary.

- If additional evaluation questions are provided on the application you can add those to this evaluation.
- Select the same type of question on the form (likert scale, Yes/No, open text box) and click on Duplicate Question. Locate the duplicated question and click on Edit Question.
- Enter the new question name in the “Name” box and the “Question” box. Scroll down and change the display order number to occur where you would like it to display on the evaluation form. Scroll down and change “Required” to No.
- Click on Save
Go to Session Evaluation
- Scroll down to Speaker Evaluation - Master 2004 - DUPLICATE & RENAME BEFORE SAVING!
- Select “Duplicate Form” and “OK”
- Select “Edit Form” on the duplicated form
- In the “Name” section change it to (SE - activity title abbreviation semester year) ex: (SE - ICH M12 Drug-Drug Interaction Final Guideline Oct. 9, 2024)'; click Save
Go to the Activity; Click the edit pencil on dashboard
- Ensure dates and times of activity are correct for one day activities; for multi-day activities ensure start and end date are correct.
- Populate the PARS year - we report on the calendar year
- Overall Evaluation - select overall evaluation from the drop down menu
- Session Evaluation - select the Speaker Evaluation from the drop down menu
- Change “Public” to “Yes” once you are ready for it to be displayed on the calendar(go live)
- Credit claiming access
- set to Yes if using Open claiming or using a code
- set to and No if using the batch upload or HM registration
- Click Save
CPE/CPT Credit
If the Activity is approved for CPE and CPT credits, complete the ACPE Details for CPE Credit and ACPE Details for CPT credit respectively.
- On the Activity level, go to “Manage Accreditation info”
- Click on Accreditation form available here and complete it.
Select “Meeting Times”
Click on the check box to open the deadline.

When the box is checked, the start date is set to 1 day before the current date, and the end date is set to 30 days after the current date. Click on the date fields to update the dates as needed. Learners can only claim credits on/between these dates and only for the sessions that have ended.

Click on the 'Save' button at the bottom of the page.
