How to change the amount of credit a learner received

 

1.       You can change someone’s credits by searching for the participant by name > Click 'My Credits' from the Action down arrow:

 

 

2.       Find the session you need to update credits > Click 'Edit' button under Action > click Credits drop down and change credits. (Please contact your supervisor if this person has pharmacy credit that has been submitted to NABP).
