Instructions for Changing the Consultant for an activity

a)Changing the consultant on the Series application
 
Click on Applications
 
 
 
Locate the activity/series application.
 
Under the Action Column, navigate to the "Advanced Editing" screen
 
 
 
Reassign using the drop down in the CE Consultant field
 
 
 
Consultant on the application controls who gets emailed on the approval process.
 
Note: Consultant on the previous/submitted lecture applications need not be changed unless you prefer to. Once the consultant on the series application has been changed, future lecture submissions will show the new consultant name. 
 
b) Changing the consultant on the Activity
 
Note: Consultant name available under 'Manage Data Tags' on the activity is displayed on the Announcement. Once the consultant is changed under the data tags, the consultant name on previous sessions' announcements also get updated.
 
So, to keep historical data, wait until the session is completed, download the Session announcement and save it under 'Manage Document', and then proceed with the changes described below.
 
Click on 'Activities'
 
 
 
Locate the activity and click on 'select activity'
 
 
 
Click on 'Manage Data Tags'
 
 
 
Remove old consultant and assign new consultant
