How to Run a Disclosure History/ Response Report
1. Go to REPORTS – FORMS – PRIMARY FORMS – RESPONSES
2. From the Form Name drop down, search for " Disclosure of Relevant Financial Relationships with ineligible companies" under SPEAKER forms section
3. Assigned Role - Use this if you want to filter the results by specific role
4. Click on OTHER to select the Activity or session or application so that results can be restricted to the people assigned to the selected entities.
4. Run Report
7. If you've not used any specific criteria, the report runs for everyone who has completed the form. Use Control + F to search for an individual’s name
